How long will it take to get my order?
Hygrow Technologies does its best to get the products to our customer as soon as possible. That’s why we dispatch all orders the next business day.
Warranty & Returns
The need to return an item is inevitable, despite our care that each item is correctly described and undamaged. Our return policy is below in overview.
Upon receiving your order:
It is important to check for damage as soon as the order is received. This is because damage claims can be filed but there’s a time limit involved with the Carrier, so time is of the essence. It’s also pretty important to test the items thoroughly to make sure they’re fully functional. If they aren’t we’ll refund the cost of anything defective if we get word of it being defective within two weeks of receipt.
Some key things to know regarding the return process:
The return process begins with filling out the return form after logging in. It’s important to keep all the original packaging as this helps with the return process. We have your interest at heart and are easily contactable by phone or email to solve any issues.
Our lamps and bulbs have a three month warranty from date of purchase (and not date of first use). All other products have a one year warranty unless otherwise stated.
Defective returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:
If an item does not work within the first two weeks of receipt, please contact us by phone or email. When we receive the item we will be able to check if it can be repaired or must be replaced. Items must be well packaged to avoid damage by shipping as items that are damaged in any way will mean the warranty no longer holds. When contacted within the first two weeks, we also partially refunded the postage fee for return.
Defective returns on all products after 14 days of receipt:
If an item does not work within the first two weeks of receipt, please contact us by phone or email. When we receive the item we will be able to check if it can be repaired or must be replaced. Items must be well packaged to avoid damage by shipping as items that are damaged in any way will mean the warranty no longer holds. When contacted after the first two weeks, the customer must pay the return fee for shipping.
Exchanging an item for a different item
In the case of an exchange, the item must be returned unused within two weeks. Upon receipt of this item then the item that is requested as an exchange will be shipped. Additional costs such as shipping will be borne by the customer.
New product returns:
New product returns are also only accepted within two weeks of receipt and we must be contacted by phone or email. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and items must be returned in original packaging in an unused condition. Upon receipt of the item and inspection, a refund will be issued less shipping fees and a restocking fee or 15%.
